Compensation & Perks

  • 60% commission on all grooming services performed
  • 100% of tips go directly to the groomer

  • NO WEEKENDS! Our hospital is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Please note: This is a commission-based position. Compensation is based on grooming services performed, with the groomer receiving 60% commission, plus 100% of tips.

We are looking for an experienced groomer who is passionate about providing excellent grooming services while creating a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every pet.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Professional grooming experience preferred
  • Comfortable grooming a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments
  • Patient, gentle, and compassionate with animals
  • Takes pride in providing high-quality grooming services
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Friendly and comfortable communicating with pet owners
  • Able to recognize and communicate potential skin, coat, or health concerns to the veterinary team
  • Shares our commitment to treating every patient with kindness and respect
