Part Time Receptionist

We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Veterinary Receptionist for a part-time position. This part-time position would include mainly evenings and weekends. Job description includes: answering phones, making appointments, checking clients in and out, filing, faxing, and helping to keep the lobby area presentable. Applicant must possess great communication skills and a MINIMUM of ONE YEAR of experience in a veterinary office, knowledge of Cornerstone is preferred.

Part Time Veterinary Assistant

We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Veterinary Assistant for a part-time position. This part-time position would include mainly evenings and weekends as well as expected to be flexible to help cover shifts for other staff members when they are unavailable. Job description includes: assisting the DVM and other staff members by triaging rooms, preparing vaccinations, filling medications, walking, feeding, and medication patients in the hospital, and helping to keep the exam rooms, hallways, and treatment areas presentable. Other tasks may be included depending on experience. Applicant must possess great communication skills and a MINIMUM of ONE YEAR of experience in a veterinary office, knowledge of Cornerstone is preferred.
